Happy Employee Appreciation Day!
The first Friday of March is when we observe Employee Appreciation Day.
This unofficial holiday is the perfect opportunity for us to express our sincere gratitude for your loyalty, commitment, and hard work.
As a company, we strive to create a sense of family and sincere comradery. We know our team leads, supervisors, and managers try their best in letting each of you know how valuable you are to our organization, and how important the work you do is.
However, your direct supervisors aren’t the only ones who notice your daily contributions. Our senior management is well aware of how much you do for the continued growth and success of the company.
Since not all of us get a chance to interact with them often, we sat down with Mark Elliot, President of Altus Infusion, and Clint Fowler, our Executive Vice-President, to ask them how they felt about their employees.
1. What do you value most about the employees at Altus Infusion?
One of the many things we value about our employees is how much they truly care. Our employees believe in what we do, are committed to our mission and to making a difference. Even through all the changes and growth that we have recently faced, their unwavering commitment to excellence has not changed.
2. If you could describe the Altus Infusion team in 3 words, what would they be?
Community of caring.
3. In what ways do your employees inspire you and your own work at Altus Infusion?
We are very proud of all our employees, especially our nurses and clinicians, who are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure patients are well taken care of. It is very inspiring and empowering to see our employees take ownership of their department and treat it as their own.
4. What do you think is unique about the employees at Altus Infusion?
Our employees are very diverse, and although that may not necessarily be unique from employees at other companies, we believe the diversity our team brings and the partnership they have with our clients and patients, make for a unique partnership.
5. What have your employees done in the past that have made you most proud and appreciative of their work?
During the devastating Hurricane Harvey in 2017, despite the city being shut down, our very committed employees were able to continue to serve patients with minimal interruption. This was a real example of commitment and display of caring for those in our community.
6. Is there anything else you would like to add to express your appreciation for Altus Infusion employees?
We want to express our continued appreciation for your service. We’ve experienced an extreme amount of growth and change, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Your hard work and determination don’t go unnoticed. The management team at Altus Infusion knows the amount of effort, dedication, and passion that each of you puts into your job, and we understand this is the cornerstone of continued success.
Even though we are grateful to have you as part of our family every day, today, we take special care in expressing our gratitude and appreciation.
Happy Employee Appreciation Day to all of our Altus Infusion team! Thank you all for the excellent work you do.
