Congratulations to O’Neshia Nunn, Our Newest Employee of The Month

This month we recognize the hard work of one of our medical schedulers, O’Neshia Nunn.

Scheduling medical appointments for patients is one of our core services. Thanks to the outstanding work of employees like O’Neshia, our company can consistently achieve its goal of treating each patient like family.

As a medical scheduler, O’Neshia is responsible for reaching out to patients to schedule or reschedule their appointments. She also handles inbound calls from patients looking for an appointment.

The job of medical schedulers is a complex one. They must triage calls and confirm the patient’s insurance and demographic information. This all needs to be done while making the patient feel comfortable and addressing their needs.

While performing her job, she has demonstrated extraordinary customer service skills and an innate ability to interact and foster relationships with both internal and external team members as well as clients and patients.
