Introducing, Ned Pucek – Client Services Account Executive

Meet our newest employee of the month, Ned Pucek.

Ned is one of our star client services account executives. We are proud of the outstanding work of our Altus Infusion Team contributors, and Ned’s excellent efforts have been duly noted. For this reason, we are happy to present him the Employee of the Month award. We hope to not only congratulate Ned, but to also get to know more about him, and what drives him.

Ned Pucek a Texan Through and Through

Ned was born in Houston and raised in Alvin, TX. Today, Ned Pucek and his new bride call League City, TX home.

The Pucek’s have an adventurous spirit and love to go on adventures together. Additionally, Ned loves to surf, spend time with his friends and family, and hunt.

He used to be in a band and, to this day, enjoys playing music whenever he gets a chance. He is also an active member of his church, always lending a helping hand.

We sat down with Ned to get to know the man who has excelled at his job since he joined Altus Infusion in November 2017.

We took some time to chat with Ned and the following is an excerpt of our interview.

Q. Is there a quote that you would say describes you or one with which you genuinely relate?

Ned:

There is one passage of the bible that I have always loved and try to live by:

Hebrews 13:2 – Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this, some have entertained angels without knowing it.

Q. Tell Us About Your Field of Studies?

Ned:

I studied General Business at UHCL.

Q. Why did you decide to go into your career?

Ned:

I was attracted to Account Management and specifically Altus due to multiple reasons – most of which align to the challenge of the position and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. One cannot help but grow in such a place. Much responsibility is trusted to an Account Manager/Executive, and I am thankful to be entrusted with that responsibility.

I thrive in working to serve others and feel accomplished when I resolve any issues that arise. In addition to serving as a resource for issue resolution, I especially appreciate the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner for our clients, by helping identify growth opportunities and analyzing how we can improve current processes & procedures.

Q. Who or what has been your most significant influence or your mentor?

Ned:

A/ My father in his business experience and leadership skills and my mother in her services towards others. I have always been taught by my parents to see God in everyone and to serve accordingly.

Let’s move on to your work experience at Altus Infusion.

Q. We know you joined the team in November of 2017, but we are curious, how you first hear about Altus Infusion?

Ned:

A/ I first learned about the many career opportunities offered by Altus Infusion on Indeed.com. I was very interested in the job opportunity that was listed, and I wanted to learn more about the company, so I search for them on Facebook.

Q. What three words would you use to describe your role?

Ned:

The position is very versatile, so it’s not easy to define in just three words. However, since I must, I would say: Adaptive, Challenging, and Rewarding.

Q. What is your management style? How do you like to communicate with your team?

Ned:

Though management and leadership are different; I work to be a “Servant Minded Leader.”

I try my best to work well with others and be an attentive listener. In managing workloads or addressing issues with team members, I aim to assure that everyone has the resources and help that they need to get the task completed.

If resources are not available or challenges are present with others, I offer to help in any way that I can. We are all working for the same purpose, so let’s all work together!

Q. How would you describe the company culture here?

Ned:

The company culture at Altus Infusion is one that is very hard working but humble. Everyone is approachable, and there is a well felt “open door policy” in the office. No team member (no matter how distinguished) at Altus is unapproachable. All leaders are open to helping everyone and lending a hand or ear when needed.

Q. What do you love most about working with Altus Infusion?

Ned:

The continued opportunity for personal and professional growth. I feel that as Altus grows, I am growing in my career as well. The sky is the limit!

Thank you for your time and heartfelt responses to our questions, Ned. We are delighted to have you as part of our team.

At Altus Infusion, we recognize that human talent is at the center of our success as a company. We could not serve our clients or, ultimately, the patients if were not for your valuable contributions.

In the wise words of Ned Pucek ,“The Sky is the Limit!”
